CP-6-73 FOR ADDITIONS TO A PRIVATE TENNIS CLUB IN THE C-2 ZONE. (BIXBY) WHEREAS, in the I18tter of CoDdit1onal Use Permit Application No. CP-6-73. the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Bixby Ranch Co., 911 Studebaker Rd.. Long Beach. 2. Subject property described as 3900 Lampson Ave. Legal description on file. 3. Subject proposal is to add four tennis courta and 35 additional parking spaces to an existing tennis facility in the C-2 Zone. WHEREAS. the Planning ComIIIission findings are as follows: 1. Parking proposed seems to be in conforunce with parking provided for other tennis facilities in surrounding cities. 2. Proposal is in general confol'lllity and harmony with surrounding land uses. 3. Applicant indicates the temporary billboard will be removed. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning eo.isaion of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Conditional Use Permit CP-6-73 subject to landscaping plans being submitted and approved by staff. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of September, 1973.
