RESOLUTION NO. 765
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMKISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-8-73
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A RESTAURANT SIGN IN
THE ROSSMDOR BUSINESS 'CENTER.
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review PR-8-73, the Planning COIIIIIIission of the
City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Rossmoor Business Center, 12121 Seal Beach Blvd.
2. Subject property described as 12161 Seal Beach Blvd. Legal description
is on file.
3. Subject proposal is to install a 3' 31: 8' sign reading "Char Broiled Burgers"
at an e31:isting restaurant in the Rossmoor Business Center.
WHEREAS, the Planning COIIIIII1ssion findings are as follows:
1. Sign is cOlllpatible with other signing in the area.
2. Applicant indicates that sign would not flash or rotate or simulate any
motion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning COIIIIIIisBion of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Revi_ PR-8-73 subject to the condition that the
sign does not flash or rotate.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of August, 1973.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Co_ission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday, August 1, 1973, and carried by the following vote:
