Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1581 2008-12-08ORDINANCE NUMBER 1581 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH AMENDING THE SEAL BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO URINATING AND DEFECATING IN PUBLIC n THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Municipal Code Chapter 7.35.010 relating to public nuisance is amended by adding a new sub section 8 to 7.35.010 B to read as follows: "§7.35.010 B 8 Human Waste Disposal, urinating or defecating in public places or public view. No person shall urinate or defecate in a public place or in view of a public place, except in toilet facilities intended for accepting human waste. For these purposes, "public" includes common areas located on private property."
