A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY
COUNCIL APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 2006-
160 AT 132 13TH STREET, SEAL BEACH
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE
SectIon I On Apnl 18, 2006, Scott LeVItt, Member of 132 13th Street LLC,
submItted a request for a Tentative Parcel Map WIth the Department ofDcvelopment ServIces
Secllon 2 The proposed request IS to approve a Tentallve Parcel Map to

SectIon 7 Based upon the foregolllg, the Plannmg CommIssIon of the CIty of
SeaJ Beach does recommend that the CIty CouncIl approve TentatIve Parcel Map 2006-160, subJect
to the followlIlg condItIons

3 All condItIons from the CIty of Seal Beach Departments shall be meorporated mto the
parcel map prIor to submlttmg the final parcel map for reVIew
4 DocUl1lentallon shall be provIded mdIcatmg the mathematIcal accuracy, tItle mformatlOn
and survey analysIs of the parcel map and the correctness of all certIficates Proof of
ownershIp and proof of ongmal sIgnatures shall also be reqwred
5 The applicant shall mdemmfy, defend alld hold harmless CIty, ItS officers, agents aI1d
employees (collectIvely "the CIty" herem after) from any and all claIms and losses
whatsoever OCCUrrIng or resultmg to any alld all persons, firms, or corporatIons fumlshmg
or supplymg work, servIces, materIals, or supplies m connectIon WIth the performance of
the use permItted hereby or the exercIse of the rIghts granted herem, and any mId all
claIms, lawsUIts or actIOns arlsmg from the grantmg of or the exerCIse of the rIghts
permItted by thIS TentatIve Parcel Map, and from allY and all clmms and losses occurrIng
or resultmg to any person, firm, corporatIon or property for damage, mJury or death
arIsmg out of or connected with the performallce of the use permItted hereby
ApplIcant's obligatIon to mdeml1lfy, defend alld hold harmless the CIty as stated herem
shall melude, but not be limIted to, paymg all fees and costs meurred by legal counsel of
the CIty's chOIce m representmg the CIty m connectIon WIth any such claIms, losses,
lawsUIts or actIons, expert wItness fees, aI1d any award of damages, Judgments, verdicts,
court costs or attorneys' fees m allY such lawsuIt or actIOn
