RESOLUTION NO. 761 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-21-73 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX WITH TANDEM PARKING IN THE R-3 ZONE. (FORREST) WHEREAS, in the matter of Vanance Application No. V-21-73, the Plsnning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Beatrice Forrest, 120 S. Center, Redlands. 2. Subject property described as Lot 24, Block 12, Bay City Tract, and commonly known as 124 12th St. 3. Subject proposal is to construct a duplex with tandem parking in the R-3 zone. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. S1m1lar varisnces have been approved when other code requirements have been met. NOW, THhREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commiss1on of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Variance V-21-73 subJect to execution of a land use agreement limiting the number of units to two, holding parking for vehicles and providing for annual inspection, and landscaping plans to satisfaction of the staff. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of July, 1973.
