" - RESOLUTION NO. 760 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CP-5-73 FOR AN AUTOMATIC ICE VENDING MACHINE AT AN AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATION IN THE C-l ZONE. WHEREAS, in the matter of Conditional Use Permit Application No. CP-S-73, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by George Pearson, 2337 Omega Ave., #1, Anaheim. 2. Subject property described as Lots 30, 32, 34, and 36, Block 213, Tract No. 10, and commonly known as 1300 Pacific Coast Highway. 3. Subject proposal is to install an automatic ice vending machine at a service station in the C-l zone. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as followa: 1. This use would be compatible with proviaions of the automobile service station performance and development standards. 2. A similar request was spproved for another service station. 3. Machine would be available to public only during hours of operation for the station. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Conditional Use Permit CP-5-73 subject to approval of lighting by staff, fire department requirements and review of signing by planning staff. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Sth day of July, 1973.
