RESOLUTION NO. 759
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-2D-73
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A rEHPOIWlY MODULAR UNIT
FOR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN THE C-2 ZONE.
(BIXBY)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-20-73, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Bixby Ranch Co., 911 Studebaker Rd., Long Beach.
2. Subject property descrbied as 12220 Seal Beach Blvd. Legal description
is on file.
3. Subject proposal is to construct a temporary modular unit for a financial
institution in the C-2 zone.
WHEREAS, the Planning eo-ission findings are as follows:
1. Temporary buildings are not permitted in any zone.
2. Subject building would be used during the period that a plan is formulated
for the development of the total site for commercial uses.
3. Other temporary buildings have been approved for short period of time,
usually one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning C~ission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Variance V-2o-73 subject to engineering conditions
aDd one year time limit witb provisions for renewal consideration at the end of
one year.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July, 1973.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution waa duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Thursday, July 5, 1973, and carried by the following vote:
