A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING ClIIHISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-19-73
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX WITH TANDEM PARKING.

WHEREAS, in the .tter of Variance Application No. V-19-73, the Planning CoIIIIIIission
of the City of Sesl Beach does report ss follows:
1. Subject case initiated by H. A. Ericksen, 127 6th St., Seal Beach.
2. Subject property described as Lot lS, Block A, Tract No.1, and c_nly
known as 113 Dolphin St.
3. Subject proposal is to construct a duplex with tand8111 parking.
WHEREAS, the Planning eo-1ssion findings are as follows:
1. Similar variances have been approved when other code requirements have been
met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Variance V-19-73 subject to engineering conditions,
landscaping plans to satisfaction of staff and execution of land use agre8lllent
limiting number of units to two, holding parking for vehicles, and providing
for annual inspection.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Sth day of July, 1973.
