RESOLUTION NO. 756
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VAJl.1ANCE V-17-73
FOR AN ADDITION TO A NONCONFORMING SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE. (DOKINGUEZ)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-17-73, the Planning C~issiOD
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Pamela Dominguez, 209 16th St., Seal Beach.
2. Subject property described as Lot 9, Block 10, Tract No. 10.
3. Subject proposal is to construct a roOlll addition to an existing nonconforming
single family residence, nonconforming by reason fa less than required parking,
side yard and uncovered parking.
WHEREAS, the Planning Comm1&sion findings are as follows:
1. Subject property 1& triangularly shaped and is too narrow in the rear to
provide required parking.
2. Proposed addition does not increase degree of nODconformity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning C~ission of the City of Sesl
Beach does hereby approve Variance V-17-73.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July, 1973.
