RESOLUTION NO. 753 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-15-73 FOR A SECOND STORY ROOM ADDITION TO A NONCONFORMING APARTMENT BUILDING IN THE R-3 ZONE. (HALE) WHEREAS, in the matter of VarlSllce Application No. V-15-73, the Planning CoDDiuion of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject CBBe initiated by W. S. Hale, 1119 Ocean Ave., Seal Beach. 2. Subject property described as Lot 10, Block 11, Bay City Tract. 3. Subject proposal is to construct a room addition to a nonconforming apartment building, nonconforming by reason of les8 than required setbacks, less than required parking. parking access and lot area per dwelling unit. WHEREAS, the Planning eo-iss1on findings are as follows: 1. Similar projects have been approved when no additional units were proposed. 2. The degree of nonconformity would not be increased by the proposal. NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commiss1on of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Variance V-15-73 subject to the execution of a land use agreement limiting the DUl\ber of units to four, reserving parking spaces for vehicles only and providing for annusl inspection. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day of June, 1973.
