HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Res 748 - 1973-06-06 . . . e I RESOLUTION NO. 748 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DENYING VARIANCE V-14-73 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUR UNIT APARTMENT WITH TANDEM PARKING. (STUKALOFF) WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-14-73, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Les Stukaloff, 2061 Rancho La Merced, Covina. 2. Subject property described as Lot 12 and l/2 of Lot 14, Block 2, Bay City Tract, commonly known as l12 2nd St., Seal Beach. 3. Subject proposal is to construct a four unit apartment building with tandem parking in the R-3 zone. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Many persons spoke against the proposal. 2. It is possible to provide all parking conventionally off the two alleys without any tandem parking. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby deny Variance V-l4-73. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of June, 1973.
