RESOLUTION NO. 727
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING V-4-73 , FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
A TRIPLEX IN THE R-3 ZONE WITH TANDEM PARKING (G.L.A.D.)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application V-4-73, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by G.L.A.D. Investments, P. O. Box 193, Seal Beach.
2. Subject property described as Lot 7 and ~ of Lot 6, Block D, Tract 1.
3. Subject proposal is to construct a triplex unit with tandem parking.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Tandem park1ng has been approved when other other code requ1rements
have been met and tandem parking spaces are used by a single dwelling unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Variance Application V-4-73, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Building not be joined.
2. Fireplaces not reduce yards to less than 2 feet.
3. Subject to effective date of zone change.
4. Affirmation of lot split by City Clerk.
5. Compliance with engineering conditions.
6. Land Use Agreement limiting units to 3 and holding parkinR open with
annual inspection.
7. Landscaping plans aubject to approval of staff.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1973.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday, March 7, 1973, and carried by the following vote:
