A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-18-72 FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF SIGNS AT A COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN
THE ROSSMOOR BUSINESS CENTER.
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review PR-18-72, the Planning Commission of
the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Rossmoor Business Center, 12121 Seal
Beach Blvd., Seal Beach, CA,
2. Subject property described as 12341 Seal Beach Blvd.
3. Subject proposal is to install a facia silln reading "Boston Store"
on a new addition to the Boston Store in the Rossmoor Business
Center.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Subject sign would consist of individual letters 3' in heillht
and would partially cover an area of 219 square feet.
2. Subject sign would not flash or rotate or appear to flash or
rotate.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of
Seal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-18-72.
