He further explalned that there was no lntent to v101ate tile ordlnance and there was no beneflt to the app11cant. Flfteen letters were presented by the app11cant 1n favor of the proposal. Mr. Peters, 211 Ocean, spoke 1n Oppos1t10n and p01nted out that Mr. Stukaloff had acted as hlS own general contractor. He also adv1sed that steel posts 1nsta11ed on the proper~ further reduced the turn1ng rad1us. He suggested there was a lack of coordlnat10n and 1nspectlon to dlscover errors llke these. Ruth F1em1ng, 2D9 Ocean. spoke In protest and also obJected to the 10cat10n of the steel posts. Mr. Goldman re1terated that Mr. Stuka10ff d1d not lntend to v101ate any ord1nance. Hear1ng closed.
