(BIXBY/WESTERN FEDERAL SAVIflGS) WHEREAS. in the matter of Variance AppHcation No. V-21-74. the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. SubJect case initlated by Bixby Ranch Co.. 523 W. 6th St. Los Angeles. Western Federal Savings and Loan Association was the autilorized representative. 2. SubJect property described as 12220 Seal Beach Blvd. (Legal description is on file.) 3. Subject proposal is for a one-year extension of time for a temporary modular unit to be used as a financial institution in the C-2 zone. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission flndings are as follows: 1. Property owners are proceeding with development plans for the C-2 property, at which time the financial institution will be located in a permanent building. . 2. The proposed use is permitted in the C-2 zone. 3. Time extension is for a period of one year only. 4. Applicant agrees to the installation of a sidewalk along the property fronting Seal Beach Blvd. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the P1anninq Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Variance V-21-74 for a period of one year subject to the condition that a sidewalk be installed along Seal Beach Blvd. fronting the subject property to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; said sidewalk to be installed within sixty (60) days of approval of the variance. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of July. 1974. .
