RESOLUTI Oil NO. 840 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNIIIG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-16-74 FOR THE ADDITION OF A GROUND LEVEL STORAGE ROOM TO A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE IN THE R-l ZONE OF SURFS IDE WITH VARIANCE FOR 4 STORIES IN 35 FOOT HEIGHT. (MARAPESE) WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-16-74, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Kenneth G. Marapese, A-110 Surfside. 2. Subject proper~ described as Lot 110, Block A, Surfside Colony. 3. Subject proposal is to add a storage room at ground level and a top floor den to a single family residence with variance for four stories in the 35 foot height. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. No one spoke in opposition to the proposal. 2. The ground level storage room would be used as a wine cellar and would contain no plumbing facilities. 3. Applicant's representative, William Siverson, agreed to a Land Use Agreement limiting the proper~ to a single family residence. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the Ci~ of Seal Beach does hereby approve Variance V-16-74 subject to Land Use Agreement limiting the structure to a single family residence with annual inspection. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of June, 1974.
