RESOLUTION NO. 834 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING V-9-74 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX IN THE R-3 ZONE WITH TANDEM PARKING. . WHEREAS, in the matter of V-9-74, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Morrow & Neil, P. O. Box 2733, Seal Beach 2. Subject property described as Lot 8, Block C, Tract 1 (1516 Marina Dr.) 3. Subject proposal is to construct a duplex with tandem parking. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Narrow property does not permit 4 conventional parking spaces to be constructed without tandem parking. 2. All other code requirements are met by proposal. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve V-9-74 subject to the following conditions: 1. Garages to be 40' deep. 2. Landscaping plans to satisfaction of staff. 3. Land Use Agreement limiting units to 2 holding parking for-vehicle parking and annual inspection 4. Relocate washer and dryer out of garage area.
