RESOLUTION NO. 826
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING CP-4-74 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
A DRIVE UP WINDOW/ FILM STAND IN THE C-l ZONE.
WHEREAS, in the matter of CP-4-74. the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does report as follows:
J. Subject case initiated by Southern California Edison, 1241 So.
Grand Avenue, Santa Ana, CA. Fotomat Corp. authorized representative.
2. Subject property described as located at Pacific Coast Hwy. and
Marina Drive (legal on file).
3. Subject proposal is to construct a drive up window film stand
in the C-l Zone.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Subject use would be compatible with surrounding area uses.
2. Proposed colors and stripes would be in harmony with other
new structures on Pacific Coast Highway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve CP-4-74 subject to full improvements provided
on Marina Drive, roof and facade subject to approval of staff and land-
scaping plans to satisfaction of staff.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of May, 1974.
