RESOLUTION NO. 825 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COf1MISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING V-8-74 FOR ADDITIONS TO A NON- CONFORMING RESTAURANT IN THE C-2 ZONE. WHEREAS, in the matter of V-8-74, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Adeline Fechter, 5155 Cribari Knolls, San Jose, Ca. 2. Subject property described as lots 1 and 2. Block 9, Bay City Tract (901 Ocean). 3. Subject proposal is to construct a 464 square foot outside patio dining area and a 70 square foot storage area to an existing res- taurant with variance for less than required parking, tandem parking and modifications to the loading zone. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. The loading zone as proposed would provide adequate space for loading. 2. The majority of customers are walk-up, so parking congestion would not be affected by the addition. ~ 3. The tandem parking spaces would be reserved for employees. NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve V-8-74, subject to 2 of the tandem parking spaces being used for employee parking. c Ch~{~~~~ ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of May, 1974.
