RESOLUTION NO. 819 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING V-6-74 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE AND GARAGE APARTMENT WITH VARIANCE FOR TAN- DEM PARKING AND ONE PARKING SPACE OF LESS THAN RE- QUIRED LENGTH. (317 14th St.) WHEREAS, in the matter of V-6-74, the Planning Commission of the Ci~ of Seal Beach does hereby report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Richard Cooper, 12171 Chancer Rd.. Los Alamitos, CA. 2. Subject property is described as Lot 17 and one-half of Lot 15, Block 213, Tract No. 10 (317 14th St.). 3. Subject proposal is to construct a garage and garage apartment with variance for tandem parking and 1 parking space of less than required length in the R-2 zone. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Due to the narrow size of the lot, tandem parking is needed to meet the minimum parking requirements. 2. There is not sufficient room to provide all parking spaces of 20 feet in length. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve V-6-74 subject to Land Use Agreement limiting "'to to 2. hold'" .."." ", ""el.
