RESOLUTION NO. 814
A RESOLUTION OF TilE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-3-74
FOR 140RE TfJAN TEN (10) UNITS ON A SINGLE PARCEL
OF LAND. (BIXBY)
WHEREAS, in the matter Variance Application lie. V-3-74, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Bixby Ranch Co., 911 Studebaker Rd., Long Beach.
2. Subject property described as 7.85 acre parcel of land bounded by Lampson
Ave., Aster St., Candleberry Ave., and Basswood Ave. (Tract No. 8534)
3. Subject proposal is for more than 10 units on a single parcel of land in
conjunction with a 60 unit condominium subdivision.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Environmental Impact Report has been reviewed in conjunction with the project.
2. Proposed project is compatible with the Land Use Element to the General Plan
and zoning.
3. Proposed project density is compatible with surrounding residential densities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Variance V-3-74 subject to (1) attached conditions, i 'lP
(2) parksite to be located at Aster and Candleberry, and (3) tentative map for U"
Tract 8534 to be referred to the Airport Land Use Commission.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
i~ednesday, 11arch 20, 1974, and carried by the following vote:
