RESOLUTION NO. 959
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH CONDITIONALLY APPROVING
CP-9-75 FOR ON-SALE ALCOHOL IN CONJUNCTION WITH
A RESTAURANT IN THE C-2 ZONE. (COMMINOS)
WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Michael Comminos, 11701 Wembly
Road, Los Alamitos; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Lots 28, 30, 32, 34 and 36, Block
216, Tract No. 10, and is more commonly known as 1600 Pacific Coast
Highway; and
WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for on-sale
alcohol in conjunction with an existing restaurant in the C-2 zone; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has maintained an on-sale alcohol license for
six years at the above described property with no problems resulting for
the c tty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City
of Seal Beach does hereby approve CP-9-75 subject to the following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit is issued to Michael Comminos for on-sale
alcohol for the Ranch House Restaurant, 1600 Pacific Coast Highway,
for as long as he continues to operate the business.

2. Installation of a grease trap in the kitchr-if the Chief Building
Official determines it is necessary to keep the sewer unobstructed.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of November, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Knapp, Ripperdan, Lanning
NOES: Commissioners: Schmitt
ABSENT: Commissioners: Cook
