945
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING AND RECOMMENDING
ADOPTION OF A SCENIC HIGHWAYS ELEMENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65302(h) requires a scenic highways element of all
city and county general plans; and
WHEREAS, Seal Beach does not presently have a scenic highways element; and
WHEREAS, in order to comply with state law the city has prepared a scenic highways
element for inclusion within the General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach
does hereby approve the Scenic Highways Element and recommends that the
City Council adopt a Scenic Highways Element to the General Plan.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, by the following vote:
