RESOLUTION NO. 940
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING V-16-75 FOR
A ONE YEAR EXTENSION FOR A TEMPORARY MODULAR
UNIT FOR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN THE C-2
ZONE. (12220 SEAL BEACH BLVD.)
WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Bixby Ranch Co., 523 West 6th
Street, Los Angeles, for V-16-75; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as 12220 Seal Beach Blvd; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is for a one year extension for a temporary modular
unit to house a financial institution for one year; and
WHEREAS, the applicant agreed to have a permanent building constructed
within one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
approve V-16-75 subject to: a permanent building being constructed within
one year and a schedule for construction to be submitted to staff within
60 days.
