COUNCIL APPROVE APPEAL A-1-75 FILED BY JOSEPH
DAVIS.
WHEREAS, an application was filed by Joe Davis, 10961 Bloomfield, Los Alamitos
for Variance V-11-75 to permit a lot split of two lots of record to create
three lots with less than required width on Lots 40 and 41, Tract 2591; and
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1975, the Planning Commission denied V-11-75 by Resolution
909; and
WHEREAS, the applicant appealed the Planning Commission denial by Appeal A-1-75;
and
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1975, the City Council considered the appeal and referred
the matter back to the Planning Commission with direction that the Commission
consider additional information related to the application; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that hardship exists for the

other properties in the immediate vicinity; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the matter of the appeal on June 18,
