RESOLUTION NO. 916 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING AND RECOMMENDING THAT CITY COUNCIL ADOPT REVISED ZONING PROVISIONS FOR DISTRICT III (SURFSIDE) WHEREAS, the Land Use Element to the General Plan for Seal Beach designated District III (Surfside) as a special study area; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission in conjunction with the Surfside Colony Board of Directors has reviewed the Surfside zoning ordinance provisions; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was of the opinion that in order to protect and enhance the quality of life in Surfside revisions should be made to the Surfside zoning provisions; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 4, 1975 to consider adopting revised zoning provisions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby adopt and recommend that the City Council adopt revised zoning provisions for District III (Surfside). PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1975. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on Wednesday, June 4, 1975, and carried by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners: Ripperdan, Knapp, Schmitt NOES: Commissioners: Cook ABSENT: Commissioners: Lanning ommission
