WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by L. C. Smull, 17840 Sky Park Boulevard, Irvine for PR-1-75; and WHEREAS, the property is located at Seal Beach Boulevard and Westminster Avenue; and WHEREAS, the request is for a Plan Review on a restaurant and signing for the restaurant; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the restaurant and signing is consistent with concept approved under V-10-74. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve PR-1-75. PASSED AND APPROVED on May 7, 1975 by the following vote: .
