RESOLUTION NO. 909 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DENYING VARIANCE V-11-75 FOR A LOT SPLIT OF TWO LOTS OF RECORD TO CREATE THREE LOTS WITH VARIANCE FOR LESS THAN MINIMUM LOT WIDTH. (DAVIS) . An application was duly filed by Joe Davis, 10961 Bloomfield, Los Alamitos, for a variance to permit a lot split of two lots of record to create three lots with less than required width. The applicant's property is described as lots 40 and 41, Tract 2591 and is presently vacant. The subject proposal is to split two lots of record to create 3 lots, each containing over 5,000 sq. ft. The ultimate use of the property is to construct single family residences on the property. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: 1. A public hearing was set and held before the Planning Commission as required by law. 2. No one spoke in favor or in opposition to the proposal other than the applicant. 3. The Commission was of the opinion that the proposal would not be in keeping with other structures in the area. 4. The Commission was of the opinion that hardship would be created by the proposal. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby deny V-11-75. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1975. mUlA.
