RESOLUTION NO. 908
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-10-75 FOR
ADDITIONS TO A NONCONFORMING SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE. (EHLER)
WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Calvin Ehler, 1709 Bayou
Way, Seal Beach, for Variance V-10-75; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 307, Tract 2590, and is
more commonly known as 1709 Bayou Way; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to construct a recreation room and two
bedrooms to a nonconforming single family residence; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was of the opinion that hardship
existed due to circumstances related to the house location
on the lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does
hereby approve Variance V-10-75.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Planning Commission on May 7, 1975, by the
following vote:
AYES:
Lanning, Knapp, Ripperdan, Schmitt, Cook
