RESOLUTION NO. 904
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION DENYING VARIANCE V-7-75 FOR AN
ADDITION IN THE R-l ZONE WHICH EXCEEDS
MAXIMUM PERMITTED HEIGHT. (TOREM)
WHEREAS, an application was duly fil.ed by Martin Torem, 3960 Rose St.,
Seal Beach, for Variance V-7-75; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 45, Tract 5961, more
commonly known as 3960 Rose St.; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to construct a second story room addition
which would exceed the maximum permitted height in the
R-l zone; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was of the opinion that no hardship
was demonstrated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
deny Variance V-7-75.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Planning Commission on April 16, 1975, by
the following vote:
AYES:
Lanning, Cook, Schmitt, Knapp
NOES: Ripperdan
ABSENT: None
