A. Deterunnat10n of Zone - AUCt10n House
Both the Pol1ce Department and the staff felt an auct10u house in that 10cat10n
would not be a pract1cal bus1ness to 11cense. The Comm1SS10ners d1scussion
deletmg proV1s1ons for l1cens1ng of that sort.

Mr. ScblD1tt felt a bus1ness of th1s k1nd could be an asaet to our commun1ty at
some t1me and felt the 11cens1ng of these bus1nesses should not be deleted from
th18 c1ty. Mrs. Lann1ng was 1n agreement W1th Mr. SchDl1tt.
Mr. ScbDl1tt moved th1s 1SSue should be held aver unt11 the next meet1ng. Mr
R1pperdan seconded the mot1on and 1t was unan1DlOusly passed.
B. CIsr1f1cat1on of Use - Roof-mounted Greenhouse m Res1dent1al Zone
Mr. Knapp felt th1s could allow a mult1tude of stuctures to be bU11t, there 1S
a need for a def1n1t1on. He felt th1s to be an unsafe stucture m t1me of
d1saster.
Mr. R1pperdan felt 1t unnecessary to rlae out greenhouses, but determ1ned 11m1ts
should be set Under certa1n s1tuat1ODs th1s could be benef1c1al to the COmmun1ty.
Mr. Knapp moved roof-mounted greenhouses 1n res1dent1al zone not be allowed
