RESOLUTION NO. 1034 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE V-16-76 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX IN THE R-3 ZONE WITH LESS THAN REQUIRED EXTERIOR SIDE YARD ADJACENT TO AN ALLEY. (OLIVER) WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly flled by Phllllp and Llnda 01lver, 300 Ocean Avenue, Seal Beach, for Varlance V-16-76; and WHEREAS, the property 15 descrlbed as Lot 11, Block 3, Bay Clty Tract, and lS more commonly known as 111 4th Street; and WHEREAS, the proposal lS to construct a duplex ln the R-3 zone wlth less than requlred exterlor slde yard setback adjacent to an alley; and WHEREAS, the Plannlng Commlsslon flnds that hardshlp eXlsts due to the location of the lot and Slze of the lot WhlCh limlts the size of setbacks ln order to provlde a mlnlmum size garage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannlng Commlssion does hereby approve Varlance V-16-76.
