RESOLUTION NO 1030
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE V-15-76 FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX IN THE R-3 ZONE
WITH EXCESS BUILDING HEIGHT ON THE FRONT
1/2 OF THE LOT AND A PARTIAL 3RD STORY.

WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly flled by Ronald Bennett, 141 13th St.,
Seal Beach, for Varlance V-15-76; and
WHEREAS, the property lS descrlbed as Lot 20 and 1/2 of Lot lB, Block 5,
Bay Clty Tract, and lS more commonly known as 120 5th St.,; and
WHEREAS, the proposal lS to construct a duplex wlth excess helght on
the front 1/2 of the lot and a partlal 3rd story; and
WHEREAS, the Plannlng Commlsslon finds that functional open space 15
provlded on the front 1/2 of the lot outslde of the required
setbacks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commisslon does hereby
approve Varlance V-15-76.
