RESOLUTION NO. 1027
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE V-14-76 FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX IN THE R-3 ZONE
WITH LESS THAN REQUIRED EXTERIOR SIDE
YARD SETBACK. (ERICKSEN)

WHEREAS, an app1lcatlon was duly fl1ed by H. A. Erlcksen, 127 6th St.,
Seal Beach, for Varlance V-14-76; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 33, Block 1, Bay Clty Tract,
and lS more commonly known as 133 2nd St.; and
WHEREAS, the proposal lS to construct a duplex wlth less than requlred
exterlor slde yard setback for the length of a tandem garage;
and
WHEREAS, the Plannlng Commlsslon flnds that hardshlp eXlsts due to the
shape of the lot and 10catlon of the lot wlth a street on the
slde WhlCh would not permlt a mlnlmum wldth garage to be
constructed wlthout the varlance
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannlng Commisslon does hereby
approve Variance V-14-76.
