A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-17-76
FOR SIGNING FOR A BUILDING ON MAIN STREET.

WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly flled by Martln Murphy, 21B Maln Street,
Seal Beach, for Plan Review PR-17-76; and
WHEREAS, the property lS descrlbed as Lot lB, Block 109, Bay City Tract,
and lS more commonly known as 21B and 21~ Main Street, and
WHEREAS, the proposal 15 to 1nstall 4 wall slgns w1th a total area of
20 sq. ft.; and
WHEREAS, the Plannlng Commlsslon flnds that the slgnlng lS conslstent
wlth other slgning ln the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plann1ng Comm1ssion does hereby
approve Plan ReVlew PR-17-76.
