A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-16-76
FOR SIGNING FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT
200 MARINA DRIVE. (FORNEY)
WHEREAS, an app1lcatlon was duly fl1ed by Danlel Forney, 2602 Carson St.,
Lakewood, CA, for Plan Revlew PR-16-76; and
WHEREAS, the property 15 descr1bed as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 203,
Tract No. 69B, and 1S more commonly known as 200 Marina Dr1ve;
and
WHEREAS, the proposal 15 to 1nstall two slgns with a total area of
39.6 sq. ft. at an existlng buslness; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commisslon f1nds that both the free standlng and
wall signs are consistent wlth other slgnlng ln the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plann1ng Comm1sslon does hereby
approve Plan Rev1ew PR-16-76.
