RESOLUTION NO. 1018
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE V-12-76 FOR
ADDITIONS TO A NONCONFORMING SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE. (SMITH)
WHEREAS, an appllcation was duly flled by Kenneth and Ann Smlth, 141
Dolphln Ave., Seal Beach, for Variance V-12-76; and
WHEREAS, the property 15 descrlbed as Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Tract
No.1; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to remodel an eXlstlng nonconformlng slngle
famlly residence and add a dining room, 2 bedrooms and a
bathroom, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commlsslon flnds that hardship exists due to the
shape of the property and the existence of a sWlmmlng pool
WhlCh precludes the addlng of any more parking.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannlng Commlsslon does hereby
approve Variance V-12-76.
