RESOLUTION NO. 1005 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CP-6-76 FOR A BALCONY ADDITION TO A NONCONFORMING DUPLEX. (BARTH) WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly flled by Adr1enne Barth, 213~ 11th St., Seal Beach, for Cond1tional Use Perm1t CP-6-76; and WHEREAS, the property 15 described as Lot 13, Block 110, Bay Clty Tract, and more commonly known as 213~ 11th St.; and WHEREAS, the proposal 15 to add a balcony to a garage apartment on property conta1ning a nonconform1ng duplex; and WHEREAS, the proposal 15 conslstent with Sec. 28-703 of the zon1ng ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commlss1on does hereby approve Condltional Use Permlt CP-6-76. PASSED AND APPROVED on July 7, 1976, by the following vote: AYES: Lanning, Knapp, Ripperdan, Cook, Schmltt NOES: None ABSENT' None ATTEST'
