A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
CP-3-76 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TWO RESIDENCES
WITH A "0" SIDE YARD SETBACK IN SURFS IDE.
WHEREAS, an applicatlon was duly flled by John Artukovitch, 8-4, Surfslde
for Conditional Use Permit CP-3-76; and
WHEREAS, the property is descrlbed as Lots 28 and 29, Block C, Surfside
Colony, and more commonly known as C-28 and C-29, Surfslde; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to construct two slngle fam1ly resldences wlth
a common "0" slde yard setback; and
WHEREAS, the proposal lS conslstent wlth Sec. 28-506(4) of the zonlng
ordlnance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannlng Commlssion does hereby
approve Condltlonal Use Permlt CP-3-76 subject to the lnstallatlon of
two-hour walls ln lleu of the one-hour walls.
PASSED AND APPROVED on May 5, 1976, by the followlng vote.
