A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE V-7-76 FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A 304 SQ. FT. FAMILY ROOM
TO AN EXISTING NONCONFORMING SINGLE FAMILY
RES IDENCE.
WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly flled by Jack and Helen Wllson, 252
17th Street, Seal Beach, for Variance V-7-76; and
WHEREAS, the property is descr1bed as Lot 52, Block 218, Tract No. 10;
and
WHEREAS, the proposal lS to construct a 304 sq. ft. famlly room additlon
to a nonconforming slngle famlly resldence wlth less than
requlred parklng; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commlss1on finds that adequate parklng w1ll be
provlded by uSlng the eXlstlng garage and adjacent cement slab.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plann1ng Comm1SSlon does hereby
approve Varlance V-7-76 subJect to the relocatlon of a sectlon of the
rear fence and pouring a new cement slab adJacent to the garage.
