WHER~AS, an appl ICdtlon was duly filed by Monteclto Elght, a llm1ted partnershlp. 9461 Grlndlay Street, Cypress for Cond1t10nal Use Pennlt, CP-12-77, and IJHEREAS, the property 1 s descrl bed dS Lot 8, Trac t 9458 and 1 s more commonly known as 12580 Monteclto Road, Seal Beach, and I~HEREAS, the proposal 1S for a ConOltional Use Pernnt for the converSlon of a nlne unlt apartment bUlldlng lnto nlne condominlums ln the R-3 zone; and . WHEREAS, the Plann1ng Commlss10n makes the followlng f1ndlngs regc~dlng the proposed Condlt10nal Use Permlt. 1. The proposal substantially complies wlth POllCY resolution No. 1065 of the Plannlng Com~lSSlon. 2. The proJect is exempt from the prov1sions of C.E.Q A. 3. No resldents w1ll be dlsplaced by conversion. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commlssion does hereby approve CP-12-77, subJect to the followlng cond1tlons 1. Each dwell1ng unlt shall have separate bUlldlng permits to lnclude but not be lim1ted to bUlldlnq, plumblng, electr1cal and mechanlcal permlts. 2. Appllcant shall install the mlnimum amen1ty fedtures as follows. three Jacuzzles, flve wet bars and flve bar- beques.
