A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, CP-11-77 FOR CONVERSION Of A~ APARTMENT BUILDING IN n:E R-3 ZONE INTO CO'llDOMINIUMS. WHEREAS, an appl1cdtlOn was duly f1led by Monteclto Elght, a llmlted partnershlp, 9461 Gr1ndlay Street, Cypress for Condlt10nal Use Perml t, CP-ll-77, and I'IHEREAS, the property 1 s descrl bed as Lot 7 , Tract 9458 and is more commonly kn0l1n as 12570 ~lontec1 to Road, Seal Beach;' and WHEREAS, the proposal lS for a Condltional Use Permlt for the converSlon of a n1ne un1t apartment buildlng into nine condominlums in the R-3 zone; and . WHEREAS, the Planning Commlsslon makes the followlng f1ndlngs regardlng the proposed Conditlonal Use Permlt 1. The proposal substantlally complles wlth POllCY resolution No. 1065 of the Plannlng Commission. 2. The proJect 1S exempt from the provislons of C.E.Q.I\. 3. No resldents will be dlsplaced by conversion. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Comm1sslon does hereby approve CP-ll-77, subject to the followlng cond1tlons 1. Each dwelling unit shall have separate build1ng permits to lnclude but not be llmited to bUlldlng, plumbing, electrlcal and mechanical perm1ts. 2. Appllcant shall lnstall the mlnimum amenity features as follows: three JaCUZZles, flve wet bars and f1ve baF- beques. Gazeboes are opt10nal and may be applled for at a later date subJect to varlance conslderation.
