A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, CP- 9-77 FOR CONVERSION OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING IN THE R-3 ZONE INTO CONDOMINIUMS WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly filed by Montecito Elght, a llmlted partnershlp, 9461 Grlndlay Street, Cypress for Condltlonal Use Permlt, CP- 9-77; and 'mEREAS, the property 1 s descri bed as Lot 5, Tract 9458 and is more convnonly known as 12550 ~lontec1to Road, Seal Beach; and WHEREAS, the proposal 15 for a Condltional Use Permit for the conversion of a nine unlt apartment buildlng lnto nine condomlnlums in the R-3 zone; and . WHEREAS, the Plannlng Commlssion makes the followlng findings regardlng the proposed Conditlonal Use Perm1t. 1. The proposal substantially complies wlth policy resolutlon No. 1065 of the Planning Commisslon. 2. The project lS exempt from the provisions of C.E.Q.A 3. No residents will be dlsplaced by converSlon. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve Cp-g -77, subJect to the following condltlons: 1. Each dwelling unlt shall have separate buildlng permlts to include but not be llmlted to bUlld1ng, plumb1ng, electr1cal and mechan1cal permlts. 2. Applicant shall install the min1mum amenity features as follows three JaCUZZles, five wet bars and f1ve bar- beques. Gazeboes are optlonal and may be appl1ed for at a later date subJect to var1ance consideratlon.
