RESOLUTION NO. 1075 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE, V-15-77 FOR A ROOM ADDITION TO A NONCOMFORMING DUPLEX IN THE R-3 ZONE. WHEREAS, an appl1catlon was duly flled by Wllllam and Beatrlce Roth, 124 4th Street, Seal Beach for Varlance, V-15-77, and WHEREAS, the property lS descrlbed as Lot 26 and one-half of Lot 24, Block 4, Bay Clty Tract and lS more commonly known as 124 4th Street; and WHEREAS, the proposal lS to construct a room additlon in a nonconformlng duplex in the R-3 zone, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commlss10n makes the followlng findlngs regarding the Van ance: 1. There is no practlcal method to provlde four onslte covered parklng spaces off the alley. 2, There are eXlstlng provlsions for two open, onslte parking spaces wlth access from the street. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannlng Commisslon does hereby approve V-15-77.
