A RESOLTUION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE V-II-77 FOR ADDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING NONCONFORMING DUPLEX IN THE R-3 ZONE, WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly f1led by Ralph Hanson, 1621 Seal Way, Seal Beach for Var1ance, V-II-77; and WHEREAS, the property lS descr1bed as Lot 28, Block F, Tract No.1, and lS more commonly known as 1621 Seal Way, and WHEREAS, the proposal lS to add a llvln9 room, enlarge a bathroom and bedroom on the second floor and enlarge the llvln9 room and dlnln9 room on the first floor; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commlss10n f1nds that the shape of the lot would preclude the placement of covered parklng on the lot; and WHEREAS, the Plannln9 Commlsslon flnds that no addltlonal bedrooms are beln9 added to the units. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commlsslon does hereby approve V-II-77. PASSED AND APPROVED on July 6, 1977 by the following vote' AYES: Lannln9, Rlpperdan, Cook NOES None ABSENT: Knapp, Madsen isslon .
