WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly filed by T1mothy and Laure Roblnson, 1210 Ocean Avenue, Seal Beach for CP-2-77, and WHEREAS, the property lS descr1bed as Lots 57 and 59, Block 12, Bay Clty Tract and lS more commonly known as 1210 Electr1c Ave.; and WHEREAS, the proposal lS to enclose an eXlstlng porch and thereby en- large an eXlstlng 11v1ng room and dlnlng room and add an entry ln one unit of a nonconform1ng fourplex ln the R-3 zone, and WHEREAS, the proposal 1S conslstent w1th Sec. 28-804 of the Zon1ng Ord1nance. . NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannlng Commlssion does hereby approve CP-2-77. PASSED AND APPROVED on June 1, 1977 by the followlng vote.
