RESOLUTION NO. ~ / A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING VARIA~CE, V-9-77 FOR AN ADDITION TO A NONCONFORMING RESTAURANT IN THE C-1 ZONE AT 115 MAIN STREET. WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly flled by E. L. Lescher and S. J. Stockon, 609 South Shore Drlve, Seal Beach for Varlance, V-9-77, and WHEREAS, the property lS descrlbed as Lots 13 and 15, Block 8, Say Clty Tract and lS more commonly known as 113, 113~ and 115 Maln Street, and WHEREAS, the proposal lS to construct an addltlon to a nonconformlng restaurant In the C-l Zone, and WHEREAS, the Plannlng CommlSSlon flnds that the addltlon lS to comply wlth Health Department requlrements for connectlng the restaurant to employee changlng and dry storage areas and wlll not increase the customer serVlce area or seatlng In the restaurant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannlng Commlsslon does hereby approve V-9-77 subJect to strlplng the parklng area and uSlng the eXlst- lng garage for parklng. PASSED AND APPROVED on Aprll 20, 1977 by the followlng vote: AYES' Lannlng, Knapp, Rlpperdan, Cook, Madsen NOES. None ~ on
