A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
COMMISSION DENYING VARIANCE V-8-77 FOR A
FENCE WHICH EXCEEDS THE PERMITTED HEIGHT,
DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE VISION CLEARANCE
HEIGHT LIMITATIONS AT ALLEY A~D STREET
INTERSECTIONS AND IS CONS1RUCTED TN THE
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ~T 112 11th STREET.
WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly flled by Laurle and Owen Kupfer,
112 11th Street for Varlance, V-8-77; and
WHEREAS, the property lS descrlbed as Lots 12 and 14, Block 11,
Bay Clty Tract and lS more commonly known as 112 11th
Street; and

WHEREAS, the request lS for a fence located In the publlC rlght-
of-way WhlCh exceeds the maXlmum helght prOV1Slon In the
front yard and does not comply wlth the V1Slon clearance
helght of alley and street lntersectlons In the R-3 zone
at 112 11th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Plannlng CommlSSlon lS of the oplnlon that no hard-
Shlp eXlsts to warrent grantlng the Varlance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannlng Commlsslon does
hereby deny V-8-77.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Plannlng CommlSSlon on April 20, 1977,
by the followlng vote:
