RESOLUTION NO. 1050
"
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING
CONI1ISSION APPROVING VARIANCE V-3-77 FOR
CONVERSION OF A TRIPLEX INTO A DUPLEX AND
ADDITION OF BEDROOMS AND A BATHROOM TO
ONE UNIT.
WHEREAS, an appllcatlon was duly flled by Mlke Mundy, 1423 Ocean
l\venue, Seal Beach for Varlance, V-3-77; and
WHEREAS, the property lS descrlbed as ~ of Lot 19 and 3/4 of Lot
20, Block A, Tract No.1 land lS more commonly known as
1423 Ocean Avenue, and

WHEREAS, the proposal lS to convert a trlplex lnto a duplex, add
two bedrooms, one bathroom, enlarge the llvlng room and
add one parking space ln the R-3 zone, and
WHEREAS, the Plannlng Commlsslon flnds that the proposal lS de-
slgned to make the property more conformlng by reduclng
denslty and provldlng more parklng.
l'iml, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commlsslon does
hereby approve V-3-77 subJect to the removal of sectlons of the
wall between the 2-car garage and one-car garage to make lngress
and egress eaSler.
PASSED AND APPROVED on March 16, 1977, by the followlng vote
