The only encroachment for a setback 1S 1n the rear yard and that 1S fac1ng the house on C Row. The house was referenced to the wrong slde yard and 1S presently off the foundat1on. Report from Staff Regard1ng S1de Yard Encroachment at 133 12th Street Mr. Johnson rev1ewed the Staff report glv1ng a br1ef background when the or1g1nal appl1cat1on was rece1ved by the BU1ld1ng and Safety Department,-June 1983. The perm1t was 1ssued after a plan check had been completed. Once the home was placed on the lot, an adJacent res1dent comp1a1ned that the bU1ld1ng was greater than 19' shown on the approved plans and the bU11d1ng was not properly pos1t1oned on the lot. A survey was performed and showed that the bU11d1ng s11ght1y exceeded the 19' w1dth and the encroachment 1nto the requ1red slde yard 1S sllght1y over 2t" at the north- west corner of the house and the southeast corner of the house.
